Holy Shit A New Post
Wow,
Been a while.
Update on college, I’m not doing Chem and Bio and Geo, and hoping to go into a MChem at Liverpool Uni in 2012.
I’ve been playing a shitton of Minecraft (Since alpha bitches) and I’ve set up a server for IRL people I know. It’s going good.
Going to try and keep this more updated.
And while i’m here…
1. It appears that my body may be subliminally trying to kill me in my sleep. Or not. But apparently I may not be letting in enough oxygen, or letting out enough co2 while I sleep. This basically means I’m a walking zombie when I am awake, which is not exactly fun.
2. First round of exams for my AS year (take 2) are now over. My SHD one was fine, Sociology not so much, thanks to a lack of organisation on college’s part. Still, only the results will tell.
3. Currently addicted to the brilliant Minecraft, which you may or may not have heard of. Basically, it’s infinite Lego. If that doesn’t persuade you, I don’t know what will.
4. As previously mentioned, it’s my 18th birthday in 11 days. Plans include pub, meal, pub, pub, party, liver failure.
5. Also included with the whole turning 18 thing is the fact that I can FINALLY get my tattoos. I have 3 in the works at the moment, very excited about them.
Eighteen forever?
In 11 days time, some idiot decided that I will legally be considered an adult. Oh Christ.
On the one hand, this is a good thing. I can vote, I can have a credit card, buy a house, buy cigs, place bets and of course, legally get drunk.
On the other hand, it’s an awful thing that will almost certainly end in tears. You see when I turn 18, I can vote, have a credit card, buy a house, buy cigs, place bets and get bevvied. All of which I can undoubtably screw up my own, or someone elses life doing, and not having anyone to blame but myself.
So basically I’m a little bit screwed.
On the upside, I get to welcome in the doom of adulthood with some of the best people in the entire world, so it can’t be all bad, right?
Woah!
Holy crap! This blog’s nearly 2 years old. How mad is that?
Well, okay, I know we’re generally awful at keeping it updated, but still :P
So, five things?
1. No longer doing art, i’m studying a diploma in Society, Health and Development, as well at A Level Sociology. Really hoping to go on to do a degree in pediatric nursing.
2. Nearly Christmas! And yeah, I do count November 15th as ‘nearly Christmas’, because i’ve been excited since September.
3. Going to see Rocky Horror with the girls (and Adam & Steven) tomorrow, reallllly looking forward to it!
4. Really looking forward to December – especially days out (got two already planned for Liverpool) and pre-Christmas stuff.
5. Christmas shopping starts next week! I love it.
I just realised that 3/5 of my things are about Christmas. I’m such a child.
A BILLION THINGS.

cinco cosas.
Uno. Been a while since i’ve done a blog (: Since then, i’ve finished the first year of college, the first year of my Art & Design course. Not done too badly, considering i’ve been in hospital 3 times this year, and had a lot of time off college as a result. I’m really looking forward to my second year, i’m specialising in Fine Art and i’m thinking of taking up AS Graphics.
Dos. It’s one of my favourite cousin’s wedding in a few weeks time, it’s going to be awesome. Instead of a full on meal, she’s having afternoon tea with scones, cupcakes, sandwiches with no crusts, and pimms! She’s also having giant jenga, and various other fun stuff. And in the evening, a BBQ and music :) The best part about it is that i’ll have the people closest to me around me for 2 days and it’s going to be awesome.
Tres. As ever, i’m beginning to miss New York a bit, and starting to regret not going with college. It really wasn’t practical with the price and everything, but still…
Cuatro. The summer boredom is beginning to set in a little, although I have just bought myself an xbox 360, so that should kill some time (: I can’t wait to start spending some days with my favourite people.
Cinco. I want to learn spanish.
A2 Year
AS has ended, meaning I now start A2 Photography, A2 Computing and A2 Media Studies.
In A2 Photography we take more pictures, in A2 Media Studies we do adverts, and documentaries but in A2 Computing we make a program for a client.
My client for computing is my Explorer Scout unit, which needs a database of people and a way to add people sort,
and link to DoE achievements. Should be fun yo!
Summery Five Things
- Had a ridiculously lovely weekend with Mike, went on a walk with some friends on Saturday, went to see Hot Tub Time Machine in the evening (In advance…sorryyyy Mike :P We’ll go see Iron Man 2 on Weds, yeah? :)) and today chilled in Mike’s and had a BBQ!
- Temperature here in North West England today was exactly the same as both Florida and Turkey. It would make me so happy if it would stay like this for a few months :P Wishful thinking though, hey?
- Anyone been watching FlashForward? SO EXCITED for the finale next week :)
- I love Mondays now I don’t have to be in college till 12:15! :)
- Good luck to Mike with his computing exam tomorrow :) x

- Matt’s party last night was fun. :)
- Currently listening to Billy Talent I-III, these were one the best bands i’ve ever seen live and I really want them to come over here again soon :)
- My purple hair is back, feel way more like ‘me’. How stupid :P
- In a quiet mood atm, think my lack of sleep and generally feeling blergh today is catching up on me a bit :)
